I began a [yoga class](http://www.athensyogacenter.com/) today. I've been doing [bits and pieces of yoga](http://yogasite.com/) for the last few years, just for stretching and internal massage, but this is the first time with a teacher. Coming out of class, I felt like I'd just had a full night of restful sleep. I used to do an hour's routine every night, but I've slacked off dramatically this last year. Recently, I've been down to just a pose or two. I'm wanting to get back to my old ways. |
