    The first release: the complete pipeline, battle-tested end to end. 65 shelf photos → 136 identified games → 62 additions and 36 edition updates on a real BGG collection (see the result), then verified from a clean install using only the photos.

    Six resumable stages (extract / resolve / review / diff / upload / enrich), a seven-page local web app with phone support over LAN, RPGGeek fallback for RPG shelves, hand-curated entries for games BGG doesn't have, and a browsable library at the end. Everything runs on your machine; nothing is collected. Under a dollar of vision inference for a whole collection.
