Add "Anatomy of a Support Inbox" post; fix image markup and tag casing

- New post on the LocallyGrown support pipeline (n8n + Sage + DMARC) as
  a page bundle with four resized workflow diagrams using the {{< img >}}
  shortcode (alt + visible captions) and a TL;DR callout.
- Convert tones-in-the-dark images from plain markdown to the same
  {{< img >}} shortcode so captions render consistently.
- Add per-tag term pages so acronym tags display correctly
  (n8n, AI, DMARC, LocallyGrown) instead of being title-cased.
