Import WordPress posts and migrate standalone content to Hugo

- Successfully imported 1731 WordPress posts to Hugo markdown format
- Migrated 204+ images from archive to static directory
- Copied standalone directories (curtain, farm, gobbler, house, images, party, revcemetery, railsday, birthday)
- Fixed all internal links to use /legacy prefix for archived content
- Remapped archive links to point to correct Hugo posts
- Fixed Louisville Georgia Cemetery post rendering issue

I am on a roll. Yesterday, as I was swimming in Violent Femmes music, I was reminded of their recent live album _Viva Wisconsin_. I thought to myself, "I've got to get this as soon as I can." Today, I run across a [new MP3 player](http://www.emusic.com/promo/mm/musicmatch_madness.nphtml) (software). For a limited time, when you download the free player, you can choose a free album from one of the choices listed. Among them: _Viva Wisconsin_. It is now safely placed on my harddrive.
