Eric Wagoner 857b28d351 Shell hygiene: simpler reload, pyenv shim cleanup, ignore rules 
- zshrc-dev: reload now execs a fresh zsh instead of re-sourcing
- zshenv: remove stale pyenv-rehash temp shim (>1min old) before init
- gitignore_global: ignore .claude/settings.local.json
- zshrc-natera: drop the git switch main->master wrapper

Eric WagonerandClaude Opus 4.6 260fa9469a Initial dotfiles: portable shell configs, Brewfile, and setup guide 
Cleaned up for new machine portability: removed hardcoded paths,
EOL packages, and redundant version managers. Consolidated NVM
loading, added work git identity support via includeIf.
